• Monthly: Vacuum debris from the chamber using a non-abrasive brush.

• Annually: Replace insulation materials (e.g., ceramic fiber) if discolored or brittle.

2. Heating Element Care

• Check for hot spots using an IR thermometer.

• Replace cracked MoSi2 or Kanthal elements promptly to avoid temperature drift.

3. Self-Calibration

• Quarterly: Validate furnace performance with a secondary reference probe.

• Track historical data to detect gradual performance declines.

4. Software Updates
