Insulation resistance calibration process
1. Impedance bridge with 1% accuracy in the range of 103 to 102. High-precision relative humidity meter and high-precision thermometer2. Open the cover of the insulation resistance tester, taking care not to damage the two wires connected to the power switch on the circuit board. 3. Find the three calibration potentiometers on the lower right side of the circuit board.
4. Keep the watch in this environmental condition for at least 1/2 hour and start the test after self-balancing. 5. Use the connection line that comes with the ACL-800 meter, connect the alligator clip on one end and the banana plug on the other end.
6. Insert the 3.5 mm long plug into the socket of the watch.
7. Connect the two ends of the resistor with the alligator clip.
8. There are three calibration regulators. The top one is for "humidity" measurement, the middle one is for "impedance", and the bottom one is for "adjusting temperature with a small screwdriver". Clockwise direction is for value-added adjustment, and counterclockwise direction is for value-reduced adjustment.
9. Press the power switch and compare the temperature, humidity and resistance values.
10. Release the power switch and slowly adjust the corresponding calibration regulator.
11. Press the power switch again and observe the LCD screen. 12. If recalibration is required, press the power switch and adjust the calibrator again.
13. Cover the watch cover and tighten the four fixing screws. 14. Press the power switch to confirm whether the blood glucose meter is working properly.
