The original records of the inspection are the basis for issuing the inspection report. The original data of the experiment and the original records must be truly original and should be timely, accurate, complete and objective. The original records should reflect all the information of the on-site status and be reproducible.
In actual work, the original records should pay attention to the following issues:
(1) The record changes should be standardized.
The changes of the original records of the laboratory are varied, including erasure, scraping with a blade, pasting with paper, cutting with scissors, etc. These are all non-standard record changes. The principle of "strike change plus mark" is followed for record changes: that is, draw a horizontal line on the changed data, then fill in the changed data above the horizontal line, and add the signature or equivalent mark.
(2) The amount of recorded information is too small, and the table design is too simple, which cannot truly reflect the original.
For example, in the original records of microorganisms of a certain unit, there is no original information on the use of the balance of the main instruments and equipment, nor is there information on the constant temperature water bath.
The record of environmental temperature conditions is secondary to microorganisms. What should be recorded is the monitoring of the sterile conditions of the laboratory. Since it is required to record the incubation time from time to time, the incubator temperature cannot remain constant, and multiple temperature records are required.
