  1. Data Sorting and Report Preparation

    1. Sort and analyze all the data collected during the calibration process, and classify and summarize the data according to the calibration temperature points. According to the results of the data analysis, prepare a calibration report. The report content should include the basic information of the calibration equipment (such as the model, specification, number, etc. of the constant temperature oil bath and the thermometer), the calibration environmental conditions, the calibration steps, the collected data and analysis results, the calibration conclusion (whether it is qualified) and suggestions.

    2. In the report, the temperature deviation value and error range of the calibrated thermometer at each calibration temperature point should be clearly given, and the use suggestion of the calibrated thermometer based on the calibration result, such as whether it needs to be adjusted, repaired or recalibrated, etc.

  2. Equipment Cleaning and Storage

    1. After the calibration is completed, take out the standard thermometer and the calibrated thermometer from the constant temperature oil bath, wipe them clean with a clean soft cloth, and store them properly. Avoid the thermometer from being collided, damaged or contaminated, which will affect its subsequent use accuracy.

    2. Turn off the power of the constant temperature oil bath. After the oil bath cools down, clean the external surface of the oil bath to remove the oil stains, dust and other impurities that may adhere to it. Store the oil bath and related accessories in a dry and well-ventilated place for next use.
