1. The influence of freezing and vibration:
The digital pressure gauge is installed outside the boiler and is greatly affected by external conditions. If the outside temperature is too low, frozen, or various vibrations from the boiler body and the pressure gauge, the sensitivity and accuracy of the pressure gauge pointer will be affected. Preventive measures: First, install an insulation device; second, install a buffer device, such as a three-way cock, which is a shockproof device.
2. The influence of overload:
The elastic parts such as the spring bend and hairspring in the digital pressure gauge, if they are often in the limit or close to the limit state. After long-term work, it will lead to weakening or loss of elasticity, and even permanent deformation. If the pressure gauge pointer is often close to or greater than 2/3 of the full scale of the dial, it is not conducive to the long-term work of the pressure gauge. The prevention method is that when selecting a pressure gauge, the range should be selected reasonably, and the working pressure is at 1/2 of the range as the best. Secondly, strictly prevent the boiler from overpressure operation.
3. The influence of temperature:
The pressure measurement of the digital pressure gauge is the deformation of the spring bend due to the pressure. If the temperature of the medium entering the spring elbow is high, the temperature will also cause the elbow to deform. Moreover, if the high-temperature medium acts on the spring elbow for a long time, it will also cause the elbow to deform permanently. All of these will have an adverse effect on the measurement. The preventive measure is to install different forms of water traps between the pressure gauge and the drum to accumulate condensed water and prevent steam from directly entering the spring elbow.
