During the calibration of the pressure gauge, data processing and analysis is one of the core links. As the calibration points progress, a large amount of pressure measurement data is obtained, including the indication value of the pressure gauge to be calibrated and the accurate value of the standard pressure source. First, these raw data need to be sorted, and obviously abnormal data points should be removed. These abnormal points may be due to sudden interference or unstable connection during the measurement process. Then, calculate the error value of the pressure gauge to be calibrated at each calibration point, and judge the accuracy of the pressure gauge by comparing it with the allowable error range. Furthermore, statistical analysis methods such as calculating the average value and standard deviation can be used to evaluate the measurement stability and dispersion degree of the pressure gauge within the entire range. Based on these data processing and analysis results, it can not only determine whether the pressure gauge meets the calibration requirements, but also provide valuable reference for subsequent possible adjustments or repairs, so as to optimize the performance of the pressure gauge more accurately.
