Application of Dry-block Calibrators in Temperature Testing in Automotive Engine R&D
The performance improvement of automotive engines is closely related to temperature control. In the engine R&D process, accurate temperature testing is a key link in optimizing engine design and improving performance. Dry-block calibrators have a wide range of applications in temperature testing in automotive engine R&D. It can be used to calibrate various temperature sensors on the engine test bench, such as coolant temperature sensors and oil temperature sensors. By accurately calibrating these sensors, the temperature data of the engine under different working conditions can be accurately obtained, providing a basis for optimizing the combustion efficiency and improving the design of the cooling system of the engine. In addition, in the durability test of engine parts, dry-block calibrators can simulate the working temperature of the engine under high-temperature and high-pressure environments, conduct high-temperature durability assessment of parts, detect potential thermal failure problems in advance, help shorten the engine R&D cycle, improve R&D efficiency, and enhance the overall performance and reliability of automotive engines.
