When conducting temperature switch calibration work, first of all, professional calibration equipment should be prepared, such as a high-precision thermostatic bath, a standard thermometer, and a data acquisition device. Before starting the calibration, carefully inspect the appearance of the temperature switch to ensure there is no physical damage, and clean its contact points to prevent poor contact from affecting the measurement results. Subsequently, place the temperature switch securely in the thermostatic bath and gradually change the ambient temperature at a predetermined heating or cooling rate. During this process, the actual temperature is monitored in real-time by the standard thermometer, and the operating temperature value of the temperature switch is recorded by the data acquisition device. Once the temperature switch triggers an action, immediately compare its operating temperature with the preset standard temperature and calculate the deviation value. If the deviation exceeds the allowable range, carefully adjust the temperature switch according to the calibration parameter adjustment mechanism of the equipment. After the adjustment, repeat the test process again until the deviation is within the qualified range. Finally, complete the calibration and issue a detailed calibration report, recording the calibration data and results for subsequent traceability.
