In the calibration of temperature switches, strict quality control is the core task, which is related to the accuracy and stability of the entire temperature control system. Firstly, the traceability of calibration equipment is the key foundation. All calibration instruments used, such as thermostatic baths and standard thermometers, must be able to trace back to national or international metrological benchmarks through an uninterrupted calibration chain, ensuring that the starting point of measurement is accurate and reliable, laying the foundation for the accuracy of subsequent calibration data.
Secondly, implementing a double-person calibration review system can effectively reduce human errors. Two calibration personnel complete the calibration operation and data recording independently, and then compare the results with each other. Once differences are found, they immediately review each link, from temperature setting, data acquisition to switch action judgment, to find out the cause of the deviation and correct it, thus strengthening the credibility of the calibration results.
Moreover, real-time monitoring of the calibration environment cannot be ignored. Besides stable temperature and humidity conditions, environmental monitoring equipment should also be equipped to continuously record changes in environmental parameters. When the environmental fluctuation exceeds the allowable range, the calibration should be immediately suspended and restarted after the environment recovers stability, to avoid environmental factors contaminating the calibration data.
Finally, establishing a complete calibration archive is of great importance. Record detailed information such as equipment information, operation procedures, original data, review results and environmental conditions of each calibration in the register. This is not only convenient for future retrospective inquiries, but also can summarize the rules through the analysis of multi-batch calibration data, predict in advance the possible performance changes of temperature switches, and provide a strong basis for optimizing the calibration process and improving the calibration quality.
