Temperature switch calibration is not only limited to the laboratory environment, but is also equally important in actual field applications. From the laboratory to the field, the calibration work faces many different challenges and key points. In the laboratory, the environmental conditions are relatively stable, the calibration equipment is complete and of high precision, and the operators have strong professional qualities and can strictly follow the standard process for calibration.
However, the field calibration environment is complex and changeable, and factors such as temperature, humidity and electromagnetic interference are difficult to control. Firstly, the calibration personnel need to evaluate the field environment in advance and eliminate interfering factors as much as as possible, such as choosing a time period with less electromagnetic interference for calibration and using simple protective facilities to control the humidity. Secondly, since the field may lack complete calibration equipment, the calibration personnel need to carry portable calibration tools. These tools should have a certain precision and be easy to operate, such as a handheld high-precision thermometer and a simple thermostatic device, ensuring that basic calibration tasks can be completed under limited conditions.
Moreover, the safety of field calibration cannot be ignored. In some industrial fields, such as the chemical and power industries, there are dangerous environments such as high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive, and the calibration personnel must strictly observe the safety operation procedures and wear protective equipment to ensure their own safety. Finally, the recording and feedback of field calibration are also crucial. The calibration personnel should record the field calibration data, the problems found and the measures taken in time and feed them back to the laboratory or relevant departments, so that subsequent analysis and summary can be carried out to optimize the field calibration process and improve the quality and efficiency of field calibration.
