The calibration of the temperature uniformity of heat treatment furnaces usually follows a systematic approach. Firstly, according to the type, size and usage requirements of the furnace, temperature sensors for calibration should be reasonably selected, and their precision and stability must meet the calibration standards.

Then, the sensors are arranged inside the furnace, generally following the principle of uniform distribution, covering all key areas of the furnace chamber, such as the center, corners, and areas close to the heating elements. During the heating-up process of the furnace startup, a data acquisition system is used to record the temperature data of each sensor in real time. After heating up to the set maximum temperature, maintain it for a period of time to allow the furnace temperature to stabilize fully, and continue to collect data as well.

After completing the data collection, analyze the obtained data, calculate the deviation range of temperatures at different positions, and judge whether the temperature uniformity of the furnace meets the standard by comparing it with the allowable deviation values in the standard. If it does not meet the standard, the heating system, air circulation system, etc. need to be debugged and recalibrated until they meet the requirements.
