With the vigorous development of today's manufacturing industry, various metal and alloy materials are widely used, and different materials have unique requirements for the temperature field uniformity of heat treatment furnaces. Take aluminum alloy as an example. Its melting point is relatively low and its thermal conductivity is high. It is extremely sensitive to temperature during heat treatment. Any slight unevenness in the temperature field may lead to defects such as overburning and softening of aluminum alloy components.
