Pressure difference measurement:

The differential pressure transmitter receives the pressure of the positive pressure end and the negative pressure end through its two input pressure interfaces. Measurement can only be performed when the pressure of the positive pressure end is greater than that of the negative pressure end.

Signal conversion:

The isolation diaphragms on both sides of the sensor directly receive the differential pressure from the pressure pipes on both sides, and then transmit it to the measuring element through the sealing liquid in the diaphragm. The measuring element converts the measured differential pressure signal into an electrical signal corresponding to it.

Signal amplification and output:

The converted electrical signal will be transmitted to the converter for amplification and processing, and finally output as a standard electrical signal, such as 4~20mA, for subsequent equipment or systems to read and analyze.

Through the above process, the differential pressure transmitter realizes the accurate measurement of the pressure difference of the media on both sides and converts it into an electrical signal that is easy to process and transmit.
