First, check whether the appearance of the dry block calibrator and the platinum resistance is intact. Connect the power supply of the dry block calibrator, turn on the device, and set the required calibration temperature points. After the temperature of the dry block calibrator is stable, gently insert the platinum resistance into the measurement hole of the dry block calibrator, ensuring that the insertion depth meets the requirements. During the insertion process, avoid the platinum resistance colliding with the hole wall. After insertion, wait for a period of time until the indication value of the platinum resistance is stable. Then, use a high-precision measuring instrument to read the resistance value of the platinum resistance and record it. Next, increase or decrease the temperature of the dry block calibrator in turn according to the predetermined temperature points, and repeat the above measurement and recording steps. After completing the measurement at all temperature points, compare the measured value of the platinum resistance with the standard value, calculate the error, and carry out calibration adjustment.
