Instrument calibration: How to calibrate a pressure gauge?
1. Before calibrating the pressure gauge, you need to return the pressure gauge to zero. If it cannot be returned to zero, you need to correct the pressure gauge.
2. After returning to zero, slowly increase the pressure to the calibration point, then read the pressure gauge's indication and record it.
3. When calibrating, just choose 3-5 points. Generally, the upper limit value needs to be measured.
4. Slowly increase the pressure to the upper limit of the pressure gauge, then cut off the pressure source and withstand it for 3 minutes, and then slowly reduce the pressure to zero.
5. Then compare the error value of the indication. If it is within the error, then the pressure gauge is qualified.
