Resistor detection instruments are instruments that can be used in many places. So how to calibrate the resistor? I believe that some friends are not very clear. The following editor brings friends the calibration method of the resistor. Resistor calibration method 1. First, turn on the resistor. Be careful when turning it on. If you accidentally turn it on, it may cause a short circuit in the wire connected to the power supply. 2. Then find the three calibration regulators in the lower right corner of the circuit board. 3. Then let the resistor reach this environment for 1-2 hours. This is to achieve balance and reduce errors. 4. Then connect the wires of the ACL-800 table together, connect the built-in wire to the alligator clip, and connect the other end to the banana plug. 5. Then use the alligator clip to connect to both ends of the resistor. 6. The three calibration regulators of the resistor, the upper one is for measuring temperature, the middle one is for measuring impedance, and the lower one is for adjusting the temperature with a small screwdriver. Clockwise is to increase calibration, and counterclockwise is to reduce calibration. 7. Then turn on the switch and observe their temperature, humidity and resistance indications at the same time, and record them separately. 8. Analyze whether the recorded indication error is large and whether the resistor is qualified.
