Train and Improve the Skills of the Operators (Continued)
Regularly organize skill assessment and competition activities for the operators to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and improving skills. Through these activities, the operators can exchange experiences with each other, find out their own deficiencies and improve them.
Provide opportunities for the operators to communicate with professional technicians, so that they can timely understand the latest technologies and development trends in the industry, and learn advanced calibration methods and fault handling techniques. For example, industry experts can be invited to give lectures and trainings, or the operators can be organized to participate in relevant technical seminars and forums.
Manage the Calibration Equipment and Environment Well
Regularly maintain and calibrate the calibration equipment to ensure its stable performance and reliable accuracy. Establish a calibration equipment file to record the usage situation, maintenance records and calibration history of the equipment, so as to timely detect and handle the possible problems of the equipment. For example, for the pressure source, regularly check the stability and accuracy of its pressure output, and send the standard pressure gauge for calibration according to the specified cycle.
Control the factors such as temperature, humidity and vibration of the calibration environment to minimize the impact of the environment on the calibration results. Install temperature and humidity regulating equipment and damping devices in the calibration laboratory to ensure that the environmental conditions meet the calibration requirements. At the same time, monitor and record the environmental parameters in real time, so that it can be traced and analyzed when problems occur.
Establish a Quality Feedback Mechanism
After the calibration work is completed, timely collect the feedback opinions of the customers on the calibration results and service quality. Communicate with the customers through questionnaire surveys, telephone follow-ups and other ways to understand the customers' satisfaction and needs. Seriously treat the problems and suggestions put forward by the customers and timely handle and improve them.
Internally establish a quality problem analysis and improvement mechanism, conduct in-depth analysis on the problems occurred in the calibration process, find out the root causes and formulate corresponding improvement measures. Regularly evaluate the implementation effect of the improvement measures to ensure that the problems are effectively solved and continuously improve the quality and level of the calibration work. For example, if it is found that the calibration errors of a certain batch of pressure gauges are generally large, relevant personnel should be organized to conduct a special analysis. It may be due to the calibration method, equipment, operator operation and other aspects. Formulate improvement measures according to the specific reasons and track the implementation effect.
