Data Processing and Report Preparation
Process the data recorded during the calibration process, calculate the statistical quantities such as the average value and standard deviation of the temperature deviation. According to the calibration results, prepare a calibration report. The report should include the information of the calibration equipment (such as the model and serial number of the constant temperature oil bath and the thermometer), the calibration environmental conditions, the calibration steps, the measurement data and analysis results, and the calibration conclusion.
In the report, clearly give the judgment conclusion whether the calibrated thermometer is qualified, and if it is not qualified, its correction value or the recommended use range.
Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance
After the calibration is completed, take out the standard thermometer and the calibrated thermometer from the constant temperature oil bath, wipe them clean with a clean soft cloth, and store them properly.
Turn off the power of the constant temperature oil bath. After the oil bath cools down, clean the impurities and oil stains in the oil bath. You can use special cleaners and tools for cleaning, but be careful not to damage the internal structure of the oil bath.
Regularly maintain the constant temperature oil bath, such as checking the quality and liquid level of the heat transfer oil, and timely replacing the aged or deteriorated heat transfer oil; check and maintain the heating system and stirring device to ensure its stable performance.
