Accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories
Accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories is an assessment of the testing and calibration capabilities of testing and calibration laboratories.
Accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories is a voluntary act, and any one-, two-, or three-party testing and calibration laboratories can apply. The assessment is based on GB/T15481-2000 "General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratories" or CNAL/AC01-2000.
The expert assessment is organized by the China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories. After passing the assessment, the National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate is issued, using the "CNAL" accreditation mark. The assessment period is 5 years, and the review is due upon expiration.
