In the concept of many enterprises, it is the same no matter what agency does the calibration. In fact, this is a misunderstanding of calibration. Whether the calibration specification is accurate (accurate or not) can not be subjective, it mainly depends on the following three factors :1, verification regulations/calibration specifications With the continuous development of China's industry, China in the continuous measurement process, metrological institutions and competent units under the joint efforts, most of the instruments and equipment have gradually formed a specific verification regulations/calibration specifications and written. Under normal circumstances, the instruments and equipment that have passed the verification regulations/calibration specifications are calibrated in strict accordance with the regulations/specifications on time at school, and the data are relatively accurate; For instruments and equipment that have no verification regulations/calibration specifications, third-party calibration and testing institutions need to constantly summarize the calibration methods of domestic mechanical measuring instruments, and gradually form a unified measurement method, so as to effectively avoid human error, method error, standard error, etc.

The above is only on the one hand, on the other hand, all standard parts need to be traced, that is, no matter how good the performance of the standard parts should be done regularly, that is, the standard parts are sent to a higher level of units, the use of higher precision standard parts for calibration, only in this way can ensure that the performance of the standard parts themselves is no problem. Therefore, before looking for a third-party calibration and testing institution to calibrate the instrument and equipment, we must ask whether the standard parts brought by the other party to do calibration have a good job of traceability, and when the latest traceability is. As long as the other standard parts have been traced for nearly a year, the general problem is not large.
3, calibration personnel is the so-called "things in people ", things done well or not has a lot to do with people, different people do different things. Similarly, whether the instrument calibration is standardized and accurate has a lot to do with the operator. Specifically, the calibration results are closely related to the working attitude, attention and work experience of the operator, as long as the operator pays enough attention, works hard enough, has enough professional knowledge and work experience, and constantly summarizes the scientific calibration method, the calibration results should be more accurate. On the contrary, the calibration results will be greatly reduced, and even different. In summary, whether the calibration result is accurate depends on whether it is operated by technicians with sufficient professional knowledge and rich experience, whether the performance of standard parts meets the standard and is regularly traced, whether the calibration process is in accordance with the verification regulations/calibration specifications and whether it is scientific. This is also the evaluation standard for enterprises to judge whether the calibration service of third-party calibration testing institutions is up to standard or high quality.
